Curious Nomads: The Addakal Outdoor Leadership Experience

A 2-Day Nature Camp for Students to Build Courage, Curiosity, and Connection

In a world of constant screens, tight schedules, and rigid classrooms, our children need more than just textbooks to thrive—they need experiences.

Welcome to Curious Nomads: Addakal, a 2-day immersive outdoor leadership camp designed specifically for school-aged children (5–18 years). Set at The Outdoor Project (TOP)—a lush eco-campsite near Hyderabad—this program uses experiential learning, nature immersion, and adventure activities to unlock students’ potential.

From lighting their first fire to rappelling down rocks, every child will return with more confidence, sharper focus, stronger friendships, and unforgettable memories.

With experienced facilitators, certified instructors, and round-the-clock safety measures, this is an adventure parents trust—and kids will never forget.

What Awaits: Learning Through Adventure

In just two days, students step away from screens and school desks into a world where nature becomes the classroom and every challenge becomes a chance to grow.

At Addakal, we blend adventure-based learning, survival skills, and nature immersion to create a program that’s as educational as it is unforgettable. Whether it’s a first-time camper or a seasoned explorer, every child finds space to discover something new—about nature, about others, and about themselves.

What They’ll Do:

  • Rappelling, rock climbing, caving, and forest hiking

  • Shelter-building, fire-making, outdoor cooking, and bushcraft

  • Navigation games, knots and hitches, and wilderness safety

  • Birdwatching, storytelling, and reflection circles under the stars

All activities are designed using inquiry-based and project-based learning, encouraging students to ask, explore, reflect, and lead.

What They’ll Learn:

  • Leadership & Confidence – Step into responsibility, lead peers, and develop self-trust
  • Risk & Resilience – Face outdoor challenges and learn how to stay safe, calm, and adaptable
